Your Annuity Bureau Consultant is here to guide and advise you on all the aspects of Equity Release, from your initial query right through to completion. You will benefit from a free no obligation one-to-one meeting to discuss the options available with your Annuity Bureau Consultant. At this initial meeting we can discuss your specific financial needs and objectives and give an indication of how we can help.

We shall, in the first instance, complete an initial suitability report at no cost where we assess the impact on state benefits and assess if there are any viable alternatives.

Should you wish to further the process, we shall research the market thoroughly and issue a detailed report with our recommendations to you. There is a fee for this part of our service and this fee is refundable should the plan go to completion.

If you then decide to accept our recommendations we shall fulfil the administrative requirements to finalise the release of equity.

For peace of mind, we shall make you aware of the benefits and risks of such a course of action. We have also decided that we shall only recommend companies that are members of SHIP (Safe Home Income Plans). Membership of SHIP requires the plans to include certain safeguards for your protection.
